First Shift preorder cancellations and refunds

Request cancellation before dispatch or pickup for a full refund of your preorder payment. If production is canceled, we refund paid preorders.

If the July 2027 fulfillment target changes, we contact you with the revised timing and the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
